Execution: Real photography that looks like models

From bldblog really cool photographic technique called "tilt shifting" that makes real aerial photos look like models.

This is strangely mesmerising, don't know why.

There always seems to be a fascination, I imagine especially with us men, with the miniature. Therefore, we love model train sets and model cars. The train sets are more fun at 1:87 scale, not at a larger size. I’m not sure why that is, but these photos are just like those train sets.
