According to BoingBoing, it seems the Chinese are leapfrogging straight to the pinnacle of American society, the burb. Developments like this one above, actually called Orange County, are springing up all over China as the middle class emerge and demand their space to grill goddammit! It must be the Walmart effect.
I think I hear Hummer and Chevy Suburban dealers being built now.
