The Humanitarian Lion Project

Found this last night thanks to a guy I'm following on Twitter named @johnny_bones...

Great idea. Seems like a cool way to encourage/standardize efforts like the Tap Project. Not sure how far along they are but this vid was posted to YouTube on May 5 (so what were YOU doing to change the world this past Cinco de Mayo?).

I'll see about getting Fallon to help them out. Look for updates here on the Planning Blog.

You got any idea if this is a private initiative or an "organized" one?

Not sure. The video implies that they hope their message goes viral and makes its way into the offices of the big agencies and brands. I should post a comment on YouTube letting them know that at least they've made it into the FPBlog!

if for once, all the industry, work together, not for their egos, i clap that action.

i mean, the world is going really bad, and the money only dance for some dishwashers?
something must be wrong...

for things like this, Fallon is my favourite...

Great idea. We, agencies and clients, have the power to reach the hole world. This could be our best opportunity to use that power. Let's support the project for 2009 Cannes Festival.

I gave a lot of thought to this, and i couldn't help to wonder if its possible to convice those who destroy the world in the process of making there own products to give something in return to the planet... the answer is no. i think we all need to watch Zeitgeist.

By the way Fallon rocks, but i think we all need to be a little more self concious and knowledgable before building a proyect based on a partial thuth.

brilliant minds are not in advertisment, i know im a creative myself, please watch Zeitgeist.
