Newspapers get dedicated blog rss feed.

A new service from a company called Blogburst is going to play aggregator and middleman to bloggers and mainstream media. It will deliver a proprietary feed of up to 600 top blogs to help inform the stories of newspapers like the Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, Austin American-Statesman and San Antonio Express. For their end, bloggers get wider distribution, fame and fortune (ok maybe not). Sign up here if you want to be invited.

you're in line after us.

This is a pretty interesting angle, I don't know why the papers can't just configure their own rss readers but if Blogburst is doing a lot of filtering for them it could be worthwhile.
